For Professional Services Consultant Mandy Caldwell, helping clients with projects and finding ways to make their job easier is all in a day’s work. We caught up with her to find out more about her job, and what she likes to do when she is not in her home office on the Tweed Coast.
Professional Services Consultant.
I have been in this role with Jonas Leisure for 12 months following a software acquisition by Jonas Leisure of Pulse Club Computers. At Pulse, I was employed as a support consultant for various applications including payroll, accounts, golf handicapping, function management and many more.
My workday is varied from day to day – but typically it’s consulting with clients on projects, assisting with Pulse, and Envibe support tickets.
What I most like about the role is it’s both challenging and rewarding. I enjoy the diverse range of skills I have to draw on every day.
I enjoy the rapport you build with clients over time and the satisfaction of finding solutions to assist their workday.
I work in my home office on the Tweed Coast, Northern NSW – Bundjalung Country. I am told my office sounds like the bird sanctuary.
I enjoy reading, cooking and spending time in my veggie patch.
I am an outdoor gal! I love cycling, kayaking, hiking, running and orienteering.
