Senior Support Technician.
Four and a half years. Before that, I worked in the deli at Coles.
I update and reply to open support tickets, take incoming calls and assist the team where necessary. All with a Spotify shuffle playing throughout the day.
The support. It has enabled me to expand my knowledge both personally and professionally to a degree I wouldn’t have though possible.
Building the rapport and relationships with key site contacts, and watching their own knowledge expand.
Sydney. The office is spacious, but pretty empty post-COVID, with the occasional traveller or colleague passing through for a day here or there.
Writing, singing, running and reading self-help books, but ones that actually have useful information.
It changes almost weekly, but right now it is a tie between 80s-style rock and spoken word. A lot of Shane Koyczan. Instructions For A Bad Day is one I keep coming back to at the moment.
I suppose a walk or a drive here or there, but mainly I enjoy watching YouTube and TikToks.
