A round of applause for your customer service ratings and feedback

A massive thank you to all Jonas Leisure customers who have provided feedback and rated our customer service recently. Last quarter we saw a record response rate, with 90% of respondents rating the customer support they received as “excellent” (denoting a score of 9 or 10 out of 10).

The scores are received in response to customer satisfaction emails users receive after one of their support requests has been resolved by our Jonas Leisure customer service team.

While we are always happy to see positive ratings – in the words of our Customer Support Manager Amy Ralph, “whenever anyone rates high, they get a virtual lollypop and a group cheer” – we also appreciate feedback on we can do things better.

Over the years, constructive feedback has been the driving force behind development of the help video resources in our e-Learning hub, and it is also used by our team to identify ways we can improve the way they help customers in future.
