A day in the life of our Services Manager Hannah Donohoe

Want to be like Hannah? Every day our cheerful Services Manager Hannah Donohoe is out representing Jonas Leisure and helping leisure centres bring their member and leisure management systems into the 21st century.

That means supporting customers transitioning to Jonas Leisure software, delivering training sessions and building quality relationships with clients across the whole Australasian leisure industry.

“I’m proud to play a part in making it easier for people to enjoy health and fitness activities by enabling leisure centre activities with smart software – it’s a great feeling”, she says.

Hannah makes a point of investing time into coaching and mentoring her team as well as maintaining a working environment where learning is encouraged so her team members can grow and develop.

“Team culture is critical for not just team wellbeing, but also performance too.”

Hannah takes a proactive approach to stay one step ahead of any potential bottlenecks and identify any issues before they occur, making sure all the ongoing projects she’s responsible for run as smoothly as possible. To do this she relies on her team to understand clients’ needs and expectations and works closely with them to make sure the processes and tools they use allow them to meet clients’ requirements.
