New features and customer success among the priorities for 2024

Welcome to 2024! We’re already a month in and I hope you managed to get through the busy holiday season without too much stress, sneaking in some time off to relax and recharge along the way.

This year will be an exciting one for our software, with some big plans afoot. These plans include a major new release this quarter that will help facilities generate more income, as well as other improvements informed by tech trends. We are also exploring new reporting features that will provide business insights and make measuring your facilities’ progress easier.

Most of the improvements we make are driven by your feedback – including on our Customer Voice portal – so please keep your ideas coming. Your insights help us identify areas that will add value and allow us to prioritise the features we should be focused on first.

Customer service will also continue to be a priority in the months ahead and we have strengthened our teams with the appointment of a number of new staff. This will ensure we can continue providing the responsive support you deserve and expect, as well as providing helpful advice to help you make the most of our software.

In March we will hold our annual Kickstart strategy sessions, where our team gets together to share customer views and leisure industry trends, helping us to set a course for the future.

We will make sure to continue keeping you in the loop and seek your feedback on future developments to ensure our leisure management software continues to lead the way in Australia and New Zealand.
