Customer Voice resonates with users
Our Customer Voice portal continues to go from strength to strength, driving development of Envibe enhancements with expert users (like you!) behind the steering wheel.
Dozens of recent requests have been lodged, approved and introduced to Envibe as part of a customer-led cycle of continual improvement – a meaty 76% of the total requests received. The momentum Customer Voice has built up it means it now drives most of Envibe’s enhancements.
Among the most popular enhancements voted on by our Customer Voice community was the upgrade to allow leisure centre and gym customers to use promotional discount codes at check-out when signing up for membership or purchasing products online using Envibe’s customer portal.
Jonas Leisure Customer Success Manager Dushayant Dhar says Customer Voice has provided an easy way for users to have their say and vote on features requested by others.
“Our aim is to create a community of constructive criticism so our customers have an easy way to suggest improvements that will add value for their teams and the communities they serve.”
Jonas Leisure’s customer discussion portal allows users of Envibe to make suggestions and upvote ideas from users at other leisure facilities across Australia and New Zealand. The portal also includes a section for Jonas Leisure’s UniOne software, where users of that platform can propose and vote on feature requests.
