New faces join customer service team

Jonas Leisure has enhanced its ability to support customers with the appointment of two new customer service staff.

Belinda Carpenter has joined the team as a Customer Success Consultant and Hannah Donohoe has come on board as a Professional Service Consultant. The appointments strengthen Jonas Leisure’s customer service team, ensuring it is better placed to provide support and assistance to users of its leisure management software solutions.

Chief Executive Mike Henton said providing outstanding customer service was at the heart of the Jonas Leisure offering and the new appointments would contribute to that mission.

“We’re excited to have Belinda and Hannah on board. They will help ensure our support teams can continue to provide support for any customer issues, while also providing customers with advice that can drive further success in their businesses.”

Ms Carpenter’s role is as a first point of contact and liaison point for customers. She provides support if customers have any concerns and helpful advice about how Jonas Leisure software can be used to drive success in their businesses.

As a former fitness practitioner, she brings significant experience in the fitness industry. She has more than 10 years’ experience as a personal trainer and worked at Virgin Active Health Club for the past nine, giving her a solid understanding of the challenges faced by leisure facility managers and their staff.

Prior to that she worked in national retail sales, including management positions, giving her a grounding in marketing and sales, as well as staff management.

Ms Donohoe’s role focuses on training customers in how to use Jonas Leisure software and providing technical support when needed.

She also brings strong industry knowledge, having started her career as a pilates instructor. She has since worked across several industries, gaining experience in formal classroom-based training, support and training coordination.
