More upgrades for Udio class management software

A 2019 roadmap released by Udio Systems has revealed some exciting enhancements to make life easier for swim school teachers and recreation facility managers using its Udio student and class management software.

Among the planned improvements are an enhanced dashboard view giving users insights about their business at a glance, and an upgrade enabling customers of swim schools and other fitness businesses to send reminders via SMS at standard rates.

Udio product specialist Sue Doncon says the upgrades will save users even more time and money by helping them simplify their management processes and day to day operations whilst providing more information to their customers.

“These changes are all about simplifying administration so staff and management can get on with the delivery of the classes they really care about.

“We’re committed to continually improving Udio to ensure it continues to be Australasia’s most user friendly and accessible fitness industry course and class management platform.”

The enhancements planned for 2019 are a continuation of a long list of recent upgrades designed to improve the experience for Udio users.

Recent changes include improvements to the system’s attendance sheets functionality so swim school administrators can more easily view non-attendance and who owes money, and enhancements to the way businesses can manage and process direct debits.

Udio has also upgraded its course descriptions feature so people running classes can easily understand the objectives and targets they are working towards for participants (e.g. skills or times that need to be achieved).

Udio is a simple, smart class management platform that makes is easy for administrators to manage students, instructors, sessions, bookings, billing and more. It is distributed in Australasia by Jonas Leisure and used by a wide range of swim schools and other businesses, from small yoga studios to councils with multiple sport and leisure facilities.
