What’s ahead for Jonas Leisure software in 2020?

It’s 2020 and the future is finally here. We may not all have flying cars and robot servants just yet, but we do have some pretty amazing leisure management solutions that can make life easier for leisure centre managers, swim school administrators and health centre owners.

At Jonas Leisure, we’ve got big plans to take our software and service to the next level in the year ahead. We’re planning to grow our support team, enhance our software development capacity, and provide updates that add value to the software you use in your facilities.

All this is being driven from your part of the world. As Australasia’s largest leisure software provider, we’re better placed than most to help drive success in your Australian or New Zealand leisure business.

Improved customer service

Outstanding customer service has always been a priority for Jonas Leisure. It’s the reason we commit to 24/7 support and it’s the driving force behind our “software for life” promise ensuring our customers always have access to the latest version of our software.

In 2020, we will be strengthening our customer service systems and teams to ensure we continue to lead the industry when it comes to delighting our customers.

Among the improvements we have planned are increases to the capacity of our customer success and support teams. This will ensure we can respond more promptly to customer questions and speed up the on-boarding process for new customers. It will also improve our ability to help more customers get the most from our Envibe, Centaman, Gladstone and other leisure management solutions. In some cases, customers are only using a portion of what our software has to offer – we want to show them how to get even more value.

Last, but now least, we will be exploring new ways for customers to connect with us, as well as improving our existing communications channels, to ensure no customer query goes unanswered.

Enhanced development capability

Technology doesn’t stand still, and the same is true of our Jonas Leisure software solutions.

To help ensure we remain ahead of the curve, we have committed to growing our development capacity to ensure our leisure management software remains the best on the market.

We’ve already brought on board a new locally based development manager to spearhead our efforts and we will be further expanding our development team to deliver the new features and improvements our customers crave. This is just part our renewed commitment to ensuring we have the expertise we need, at our fingertips, to deliver the improvements users want.

Making our software more accessible

We will continue improving our software to ensure customers can make use of it from more locations – whether they are on-site at your facility, at home on a desktop computer, or relaxing at home on their mobile phone.

One example of this is the enhancements we’re making to our Envibe Courses module to allow swim school participants to make bookings online. We will also be making it easier for Envibe customers to manage their contact details, billing information and account information online. This will make updates painless for customers and, ultimately, reduce workload for leisure centre administrators.

These are just a taste of what’s to come. There’s a whole lot more in the pipeline and we can’t wait to reveal more in the months ahead.
